Program Management Professional Certification
Those with a PgMP certification manage programs that incorporate complex activities that span functions, cultures, organizations, and geographic regions; set up rapport, build credibility and maintain communication with stakeholders; possess cross-cultural awareness, the ability to lead, advanced skills in finance, communication, influence, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
The PgMP candidates secures the ultimate accomplishment of the program; make decisions that advance business objectives strategically and modify programs. The candidates assign project managers and define and initiate projects; and oversee multiple projects. The PgMP certification recognizes exhibited experience, performance and skill in oversight of multiple projects that are related and aligned with an organizational strategy.
